He founded BWell Speaking Academy to share his proven methodologies with others, delivering both group and one-on-one training for individuals who want to elevate their speaking skills or overcome a fear of public speaking.
In addition to training, Gerard delivers keynote presentations for conferences and corporate events and provides MC services for functions of all sizes. He also offers executive and leadership coaching, working closely with professionals, emerging leaders and sales teams to help them communicate with confidence, lead with presence and perform at their best.
